The Master in Finance at IE Business School is built for a new generation of finance professionals.     Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree from an accredited university*
    • Official university transcripts (certified translation into English or Spanish)
    • 1 page CV/Resume. See example here.
    • Contact information of two relevant academic or professional references.
    • English language certificate – we accept the TOEFL (minimum score of 100 but 105 recommended), the IELTS (minimum score of 7 but 7.5 recommended), Duolingo English Test (minimum score 130) or a Cambridge Advanced level. A certificate is not required if you are a native speaker, you completed an undergraduate degree in English, you have worked and lived for more than two years in an English speaking country, or if you have extensive professional experience in English. Nevertheless, should the Admissions Committee find it necessary, they may request one of the certificates mentioned above**

    **The validity of all previously mentioned English language certificates for IE University’s admissions process is two years from the date you took the exam.

    Candidates are required to take either the ieGAT (IE Global Admission Test), GMAT or GRE tests.


    A competitive score on the GMAT is recommended: 80% of our students fall within the 605–755 range. In the previous GMAT format, the equivalent range was 650–770.


    **We offer entrance exams waiver to a select number of students. The decision to offer waiver is made on a case-by-case basis. To qualify, candidates must show a competitive GPA and prior relevant experience in investment banking.
